It works by moving the map around under the fixed green circle, until it is over the town you want .... I've got it set to Manene Radio, Kisumu.
There is a lot of typical jangley jangley African music, but the songs are very repetative, interspersed with adverts for various things, so I can understand about 20% of the Dholuo, which is lovely !!
