I like this quote ......... it says so much about the attitude of many people in the developed world.

Its high time I updated this !   Lots has happened with various Hands Around the World projects, and I'm starting to prepare for another visit later this year.

So .... the project in Benin ... the local paper had a letter last week from our volunteer who goes out to Benin regularly, and who sent out the shipping container last year with tractor, bicycles, etc.

 

 We are now looking for volunteer labourers to go out in about February next year to help with building a residential unit for children who are orphaned and/or have a disability in Benin.   

 

I'll continue a bit later to update the other projects !
