Google 'street view' arrives in Kisumu !

So of course, I had a 'walk' along Achieng' Oneko Road, the walk I used to do most days into town from the Mill Hill guest House ! 

The first thing I noticed, with some sadness, was that the huge pots of ferns and orchids outside the front door of the house have gone ....

There appears to be building work going on; I had heard the place (now all the Catholic fathers have left) was going to be turned into a hotel ?

I wonder what the obviously new unfinished building just to the left of the gates is going to be ?

But I see that the trees outside the front of the building are still there, and that the one I helped Patrick plant about five years ago, is thriving and getting quite big !
