Look what's on one evening in our town; a talk/film by Harry Hook about his photographs/films from Kenya .... his father was Hilary Hook; an old colonial type who featured in a BBC film about 25 years ago. Hillary was shown trying to cope (with not much success !) as he adjusted back to life in Britain. I think it was called 'Home from the Hill'. We met Hillary once, I seem to remember, in one of the game parks where we were camping. A great character; it will be interesting to see his sons film and photographs and hear his lecture.
