Last night as I was going to bed I could smell burning smells on the breeze, but so many people are burning grass (and the rubbish it hides) at the moment I thought nothing of it, until I heard a fire engine going past, and looked out, and it was followed by another from the airport.
Today I heard that half of Kibuye Market was burned down last night .... where I was just a week ago buying baskets.
