Look to see the inaccuracies in the above news report.
Its single frames from a film; the cars were not moving (look at the position of the stones on the road); and its a bull, not a female .... he's almost certainly in musth .... his facial glands are oozing, and I think that's urine dribbling down his back legs .... both signs of a sexually aroused bull elephant !
But .... its not wise to get that close to an ellie at any time !
