Melchizedek and Paul

David S. who is the originator and head of Hands Around the World has been to Kenya to visit the school for disabled children near Meru, and then the Paluoc carpentry workshop.

While he was in Kisumu, he met up with Melchizedek, and Paul (on the right) who runs the workshop.

Melchi was working at the disability centre near Meru as administrator, but is now helping Paul occasionally with the workshop finances and report writing.    I met him when I visited Maua in 2013; he himself is disabled, possibly as a result of childhood polio.

I look forward to meeting him again one day, perhaps next year !!

(For those who don't know, Melchizedek was a king of Salem = Jerusalem, mentioned in the book of Genesis.)
